Membership in the Association is open to all. Besides the Tanzer 22, we have a growing number of Tanzer 7.5 and Tanzer 26 members and we would welcome all Tanzer owners as Associate members. Our membership classifications are:

• FULL MEMBER, an owner of a registered Tanzer 22 sloop
  
• ASSOCIATE MEMBER,  any person who regularly serves as crew on a specific Tanzer 22 sloop, as well as an owner of any other Tanzer sailboat.
  
• SUBSCRIBING MEMBER, a non-boat owner who will receive all mailings, but has no other membership rights.
  
• SUSTAINING MEMBER, Tanzer dealers and members of the trade, who will receive all Newsletters, but have no other membership rights.

Fleets are established by the Executive whenever application for a Fleet Charter is made by five or more Tanzer 22 sloops, in an area or location in which an organized and chartered Tanzer 22 Fleet does not already exist. Regional Vice-Presidents shall be appointed by the Executive as becomes necessary to represent specific regions and/or chartered Fleets.
